Corn Bread


1c all purpose flour
1c cornmeal
2T sugar
1T baking powder
1/2t salt
dash cinnamon
1/4c applesauce
2T oil
2T water


In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add remaining ingredients and stir just until batter is smooth.

Pour into a 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in 425° oven for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown.
