I made some of this up once for one of Ms. Stepaniakís recipes and happened to still have it on hand when I needed some gluten free broth. I tried it, and it was fantastic! Use it for any recipe that calls for broth, but I especially like it in No-Chicken & Rice Soup.
1 1/2c nutritional yeast flakes
3T salt
1T onion granules
1T paprika
2t garlic granules
2t dried parsley
1/2t tumeric
1/4t dried thyme leaves
1/4t dried marjoram leaves
1/4t dill
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until finely ground. Store in a covered container at room temperature.
To make broth, combine 1 1/2t powder with 1c boiling water.
