Cobbler

1/4c (1/2 stick) butter
1c sugar
1c flour
1/2t salt
1/2T baking powder
1c milk
2 cans fruit of choice, drained


Melt butter in a 9x9 pan.

Mix remaining ingredients except fruit and pour into prepared pan.

Add fruit.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
