Fried Corn

As I was growing up, my mom often made fried corn, which was a family favorite. Fried corn uses frozen corn (fresh corn is too good for this!) and produces a crunchy, chewy starch for your meal.

Frozen corn (do not thaw)
Butter 


Heat frying pan on medium-high.
Pour frozen corn into pan and add several dallops of butter.
Fry, stiring often, until corn is speckled brown.
