Kabobs

Assorted vegetables, such as:
zucchini
mushrooms
onions
cherry tomatoes
red pepper
Salad dressing of choice (use gluten free, if required)


Wash and chop vegetables.
Skewer.
Pour salad dressing over vegetables and let marinate for several hours.
Barbeque until vegetables are tender.
