1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 10oz bag broccoli slaw (mine contains broccoli, carrots and red cabbage)
1lb tofu, drained and wrapped
1/4c vegetarian stir-fry sauce (I'm currently using Lee Kum Kee brand)
vegetarian hoisin sauce for serving (also currently Lee Kum Kee brand)8 flour tortillas, 6-8 inches
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
Add scallions and broccoli slaw and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
Crumble in tofu and stir to heat through.
Stir fry sauce and mix well.
Remove from heat and serve wrapped in tortilla with lots of hoisin sauce, burrito style.
