This is a yummy salad dressing, but add some tofu, and it makes a fabulous vegetable dip!
2T olive oil
1T lemon juice
1-2T nayonnaise
1t honey
1/2t curry powder
1/2t basil
1t minced onion
1/4t salt
Dash pepper
Whisk ingredients with a hand blender.
Variation: DipThis is basically the same thing, just 5 times the recipe plus one box of silken tofu.
