Stir-Fry Two Ways

rice
assorted vegetables, such as:
onions
carrots
broccoli
zucchini
bok choy
bean sprouts
fresh ginger
yam or bean noodles, soaked


Sauce I:
soy sauce
vegetarian oyster sauce
water
sugar


Sauce II:
soy sauce
rice vinegar
water


Cook rice according to package directions.
Stir-fry vegetables.
Add sauce of choice.

Gluten Free Adaptation
  • Only Sauce II is gluten free. Be sure to use wheat free tamari.
