Tostada Salad

Carrots, diced
Corn, frozen
Zucchini, diced
Tomato, diced
Corn chips, crushed
Lettuce

Dressing:
Avocado and Salsa

Steam carrots, corn and zucchini. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add steamed vegetables.

Prepare dressing.

Just before serving, mix dressing into salad.
