1/2 cup honey

3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
Salad:
3 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 lb marinated and baked tofu or vegetarian chicken breast, cubed
1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
mixed salad greens
