Biscuits

2c flour
1T baking powder
2T sugar
1/2t cream of tartar
1/4t salt
1/2c (1 stick) butter
2/3c soy milk

Pulse all ingredients except milk in food processor until butter is finely ground.

Pour into a bowl and add milk. Stir well.

Turn onto a floured work surface and roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds.

Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
