Julie’s Sumi Salad

1T oil
1/4c sunflower seeds
1/4c slivered almonds
1/2T sesame seeds
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 bunch scallions, sliced
2 pkgs top ramen noodles, crushed

Dressing:
1c oil
3T rice vinegar
3T cider vinegar
1/2c sugar
1t salt
1t pepper


Brown seeds and almonds in oil. Add to remaining ingredients.

Prepare dressing.

Combine and marinate overnight.
