Mango-No Chicken Salad

1 pkg baked, oriental flavor tofu (or Teriyaki Tofu Cubes)

Mixed greens Dressing:
1/4c sesame oil
1/4c olive oil
2T rice vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 ripe mango
1T teriyaki or other prepared asian sauce
dash salt and pepper


Dice tofu and broil until warm. Prepare dressing. Place mixed greens in a bowl and top with warm tofu. Drizzle with salad dressing.

Gluten Free Adaptation
  • Use Teriyaki Tofu Cubes rather than store bought baked tofu.
  • Reserve 1T teriyaki sauce from Teriyaki Tofu Cubes for use in salad dressing.
