1/3c tofu
2T water
1t vanilla
3/4c white sugar
3/4c brown sugar
1c oil
3 1/2c flour
1 1/2t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2t salt
generous dash of cinnamon
1c chocolate chips
Cream together the tofu, water, and vanilla.
Combine with sugars and oil.
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add to wet ingredients, then add chocolate chips, using your hands to combine as necessary.
Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
