Pierogie



frozen prepared pierogie (someday I will learn to make my own!)
onion, diced
butter
sauerkraut, rinsed and heated


Boil pierogie until they float to the top of the water.

Remove pierogie from water and place on cookie sheet. Broil until slightly brown on top. Turn and broil for a few more minutes.

Saute onion in butter until soft and translucent.

Serve pierogie with onions and warm sauerkraut.
