Pizza
prepared frozen pizza (we especially like Amy’s No Cheese Roasted Vegetable)
Cook according to package directions.
or
prepared pizza dough (we get our from Bertucci’s...it’s fresh and delicious)
spaghetti sauce
tomato paste
assorted vegetable toppings, such as:
pineapple
mushrooms
onions (raw, sauteed or carmelized with a little brown sugar)
roasted garlic
broccoli, steamed
black olives
artichoke hearts
Roll pizza dough.
Combine spaghetti sauce with a little tomato paste just to make it thicker.
Spread on dough.
Add toppings.
Bake at 500 for 5-10 or until pizza dough is slightly brown.
